Segment 3: Leadership Competencies for Thriving in Constant Change

Suggested Time: 2 Hours | For Self-Study

This video’s focus is on Leadership Competencies for Thriving in Constant Change.  It provides an overview of 3 key leadership competencies we believe are essential for all leaders to develop in order to enact leadership that is capable of achieving business success within an environment of constant change.

Suggested Time: 20 Minutes | For Self-Study

This video’s focus is on the Cycle of Transformation and provided an overview of this multi-purpose tool used within the Genuine Contact Program. It also offers some simple applications for working with the tool personally and in organizations.

Segment 5: Medicine Wheel Tool

Suggested Time: 20 Minutes | For Self-Study

This video’s focus is on the Medicine Wheel Tool.  It provides an overview of the tool and a brief orientation on how to use it.

Segment 6: Real-Time Mentoring Circle

3 hours | Facilitated Group Work Experience | March 25, 2022 | 9 am – 12 pm EST

One of the things we believe in all of our training is that having ongoing learning opportunities is critical for learning retention, application of your skills, and continually growing your skills and capacities.

When you have the opportunity to gather with others who have also learned a particular skillset – to share your experiences, wisdom, and insights and to ask questions where you still have more to learn – it offers all participants a possibility for ongoing and deepened learning.  As part of our commitment to ongoing learning for your leadership development, you are encouraged to participate in a mentoring circle with a focus on Leadership Competencies for Thriving in Constant Change March 25, 2022, from 9:00 am to 12 noon EST.

You also qualify to participate in all mentoring circles about leadership competencies for thriving in constant change in the future. These mentoring circles are offered without any additional fees for participation. Your participation is included in your original workshop registration.

She is skillful at system change, team cohesion, strategy focus, multi-disciplinary teams and cross cultural work.
