Change, with its accompanying loss, grief work, and conflict is constant. Organizations that develop mastery in working with change can sustain optimal effectiveness. This Summer Academy is your opportunity to explore what it takes to work with Genuine Contact as a holistic approach to change. During this week-long learning intensive, you will explore and learn about:
- leading and managing in today's performance environment of constant change
- how to work with constant change with its accompanying constant loss...and the impact of grief cycle work that is also constant
- the benefit of reframing business initiatives and projects within a change framework
- making the most of a holistic approach for thriving in change
Learning Engagement
Expect your learning to be engaged for the duration of the Summer Academy as the facilitation method used is Whole Person Process Facilitation (WPPF). October 3-7, 2021, Birgitt Williams and Rachel Bolton will facilitate your learning about using a holistic approach for thriving in change including lots of tips for your work, personally, as a team, and as an organization.
Genuine Contact: a holistic approach to change is a week-long learning opportunity is for people who work with at least one module of the Genuine Contact program and for anyone who is interested in expanding their knowledge for thriving in change. Leaders, managers, consultants, and coaches from a number of countries will learn together, contribute to each other's learning, and benefit from cross-cultural exchanges.
Your Facilitators
Birgitt Williams, as one of the creators of the Genuine Contact program, has skilfully facilitated the Genuine Contact program workshops since 1990 as they were being created, tested, researched for effect, and developed into what became the Genuine Contact program. Birgitt brings her unique skills in assisting people to access their full intelligence individually and collectively. Birgitt is passionate about assisting individuals and organizations of individuals achieve breakthroughs. Birgitt's lifetime commitment has been to nourishing a culture of leadership.
Rachel Bolton has worked with clients around the world, assisting each person in creating a unique understanding of their personal state of health and balance, and developing a plan for achieving and sustaining optimum health based on their specific goals. Rachel has been a part of the Dalar team since 2005 and has been facilitating Genuine Contact workshops since 2010.
